Jake and his crew have been amazing to work with.  In the beginning....before we even knew what we wanted to build Jake was a wealth of information regarding ICF and the benefits of this type of construction.  Our decision to go with him was the first one we made and we could not be happier with our choice.

Our goal is to build a low maintenance, energy efficient and environmentally responsible LEED certified home. We have chosen ICF construction with a standing seam metal roof and Perma-Log siding.  Heating and cooling will be accomplished  through a geothermal system using a Unico duct system and infloor radiant heat.  High efficiency Hurd windows with Low-E glass and integrally colored concrete floors on the main level are both functional and beautiful.
